Tips on Losing Weight: Carbohydrates and Refined Sugars

If you are looking for tips on losing weight and trying to learn the healthy way to lose weight, you've come to the right place.

Here are some simple tips on losing weight, taken from my home site:

  • High Fructose Corn Syrup is the work of the devil. Seriously. You should not be eating or drinking that crap. It hides in your food under other names: isoglucose, maize syrup or glucose-fructose. Eliminate it. Permanently. This poison began showing up in our food supply back when the corn lobby (AKA Big Corn) started messing with the food supply. They began growing corn instead of other crops, and needed a new use for it. Hence, the worst of all preservatives, HFCS. Click Here To Watch: Find High Fructose Corn Syrup In Your Food
  • Big Corn is also responsible for our food pyramid being so carb-heavy. Throw your copy away – it’s time to start thinking clearly and feeding your children properly. You don’t need that many servings of grains every day! In fact, your body would do better on less than half the recommended daily amount of carbohydrates from grains.
  • Get your carbs from veggies instead. Because vegetables are so packed with fiber and other nutrients, and the carbs are “complex carbohydrates” that take longer for the body to digest, they are so much better for you!
Am I advocating a no-carb diet? Absolutely not! Complex carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables provide the fuel your body needs to get through the day. However, simple carbs from refined sugars and processed grains are recognized by the body as "toxins". The body stores toxins in fat cells as a safety precaution. Those fat cells then settle around your belly and thighs.

If you cut out refined sugars, high fructose corn syrup and other sugars, you will see a huge difference in the way your body feels and looks. This is my #1 tip for losing weight.
